Use real-time tracking

The main function of the portal is real-time tracking of your devices on the map.

Find your device on the map

1. Open the Map (first icon in the navigation).
2. Your device is shown as a marker on the map.
3. If you have several devices, you can select a specific device in the device list.
4. Tap the device marker for details.

Status card

After you tap it, the status card shows:

• Device name and online/offline status
• Battery level with a colored indicator
• Last Update: Time of the last received position

In the control bar below the map, you will find the buttons for Live Mode, Walk mode, Light and Sound (depending on the device).

Quick actions

From the status card menu you can:

• Create a geofence at the current position
• Open the position in Google Maps or Apple Maps
• Open Street View for the position

There are also separate buttons for route replay and device settings.
