Add a device

To start tracking your dog, you first need to add the device to your account.
No app or account yet? Then start here: Create an account and register

How to add a device

1. Go to Settings (gear icon at the bottom).
2. Tap "Add Device" in the "My Devices" section.
3. The Bluetooth search starts automatically. Hold your smartphone close to the tracker. If Bluetooth does not work, enter the IMEI number manually (you will find it on the back of the tracker).
4. Give your device a name (for example "Buddy" or "Bike").
5. Tap "Add".

After adding the device

You will be asked right away to choose a subscription. The first month is free.

Your tracker then connects to the server. This can take a few minutes. As soon as it is online, a short tutorial welcomes you. It explains that your tracker reports its location automatically every 2 minutes and that you can change the tracking interval at any time in the device settings. You can also set up a WiFi Energy Zone right away to save battery while the tracker is at home.

After that, we recommend going outside for a short walk so the tracker can determine its first location.

Good to know

• The IMEI is a unique 15-digit number that identifies each device.
• Make sure your device is switched on.
• You can set up to 3 WiFi zones per device.
