Device overview and status explained
The device overview shows all your tracking devices at a glance.
Device overview
You will find the overview under Settings in the "My Devices" section. Each device shows:
- Device image or default icon
- Device name
- IMEI number
- Subscription status
Device status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Online (green) | The device is connected and actively sending location data. |
| Offline (red) | The device has no active connection to the server. Possible causes are a device that is switched off, no mobile reception or an empty battery. |
| Inactive | The device has no active subscription. As soon as you start a subscription, it will be tracked again. |
| Deep sleep | Deep sleep mode is active. The device reports about once an hour and cannot be reached in between. |
Status card on the map
When you select a device on the map, the status card appears with the following information:
- Battery level: Shown in color. Green from 60 percent, yellow between 30 and 59 percent, red below 30 percent.
- Last Update: When the last position was received.
- Weak GPS signal: A warning when the device receives fewer than 4 satellites, for example inside buildings.
- WiFi Energy Zone: A notice if the device is currently in a zone you have set up.
- Energy Saving Mode: A notice if the manual energy saving mode is active. You can turn it off directly here.
