Extend your subscription term

At LocoGPS, yearly and 2-year subscriptions do not renew automatically for the full term. At the end of the term, you decide yourself how to continue.

How it works

1. From 30 days before the end of the term, you can extend your subscription. We remind you in good time by email and with a notice in the app.
2. If you extend, your subscription automatically continues with the chosen term when the current term ends, at the discounted price. You can also switch to a longer term.
3. If you do nothing, your subscription continues after the end of the term as a monthly plan that you can cancel every month, at the regular monthly price. So there is no gap in tracking, but you also do not commit to a whole year again.

Extend your subscription

1. Go to Settings, select your device and tap "Manage subscription".
2. During the renewal period, you will see a notice with the renewal offer there.
3. Tap "Extend now" and choose the term you want.

Once you confirm, your subscription automatically extends by the chosen term when the current term ends. Until then, nothing changes.

Good to know

• The monthly plan renews automatically for one month at a time, and you can cancel it monthly at any time.
• If you do not want any renewal at all, simply cancel your subscription before the end of the term. It then ends when the term ends, without switching to the monthly plan.
