Activate a subscription
To locate your device, you need an active subscription. It covers all mobile network costs of the built-in SIM card.
Start a subscription
- Go to Settings and tap "Manage subscription" for your device.
- Choose a plan.
- Choose your payment method and complete the payment.

Free trial
Every new device comes with a free trial month. During this time, you can use all features without any limits. The free trial can only be used once per device.
Subscription status
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Free Trial | The free trial period is active. |
| Active | The subscription is running. |
| Payment overdue | A payment has failed. Your device keeps tracking for three more days, after that tracking is paused until the payment has been made. With "Pay now" you can make the payment or update your payment method. |
| Canceled | The subscription ends on the date shown and runs as normal until then. |
