Set up notifications

You can get notified when certain events happen, by push notification, email or both.

Turn on notifications

  1. Go to Settings, select your device and tap "Notifications".
  2. You see three event types that you can turn on individually:
EventDescription
Enter GeofenceNotification when the device enters the defined area.
Exit GeofenceNotification when the device leaves the defined area.
BatteryNotification when the battery is almost empty or fully charged again.

Notification channels

For each event you can choose individually:

  • Push notification: Straight to your smartphone.
  • Email: To your registered email address.
  • Both: Push and email at the same time.

Requirement: For geofence notifications, geofences must be created and linked to the device. See Create & manage geofences.
