Activate Live Mode

In Live Mode, your tracker sends its location every 5 seconds. This is ideal for following your dog in real time in an emergency.

Start Live Mode

1. Select your device on the Map.
2. In the control bar, tap the Live button (speedometer icon).
3. Confirm the start in the dialog. Live Mode starts and you see a countdown ring around the button.

How does it work?

• Live Mode runs for 3 minutes (180 seconds) and then ends automatically.
• The countdown is shown as a ring around the button.
• When 30 seconds are left, the ring turns yellow.
• When the time is up, the device automatically returns to the location interval you have set.

End Live Mode early

Simply tap the Live button again to end the mode early.

Note: Live Mode uses a lot more battery. It is available at any time while the device is online, no matter which location interval you have chosen. For walks, Walk mode is the better choice.
